This is a legal agreement between you (an individual or an entity), the end user, and the Software Author. Please read this license agreement.

1. Grant of License. The Human Resource Manager is NOT A FREE product. There is no warranty, yet technical support can be available through the website: www.oandb.org.

2. The author have no obligation to provide MAINTENANCE, UPDATES, ENHANCEMENTS, OR MODIFICATIONS without prior agreement.

3. Copyright. The Software is owned by the Software Author and is protected by international copyright laws. Therefore, you must treat the Software like any other copyrighted material, however you are permitted to make one copy of the Software for back up purposes.

4. Distribution. This License is your proof of license to exercise the rights granted herein and must be retained by you. You may not rent, lease or sell this or any copy of the Software without permission from the Software Author. Free distribution without payment is not permitted.

5. The author have no Liability for Consequential Damages. The Software Author is not liable for any alleged or actual damages arising from the use of the Software. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works from the Software.
